Hey there! Glad you could make it!

Here’s a simple gym program that I made to help out guys who want to build lean, aesthetic muscle – on a time crunch.

Each of these workouts are designed to be completed within 30 – 45 minutes. The difficultly level is intermediate, but I’ve included some easier variations of some of the workouts just in case. Remember to pace yourself. The rep ranges are simply recommendations for maximum muscle hypertrophy – it’s no big deal if you fall short the first few times. The most important thing is effort! Progress will come with time!
